Ingredients
1 kg of cassava medium, peeled, washed, cut to taste
5 cloves garlic, mashed
1 liter of ice water
1/2 tbsp baking powder
salt to taste
1 tablespoon margarine
Cooking oil sekucupnya
How to Make:
Cassava steamed until tender, set aside.
Mix the garlic, baking powder and salt into ice water and stir until blended.
Enter steamed cassava into the soaking water for 30-45 minutes. Drain.
Cassava fries into hot oil that has been mixed with margarine. Fry until golden brown. Lift the drain.
Serve while warm cassava cheese.
