Gringery Berry & Oat Smoothie
Ingredients:
1/4 cup oat
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 plain yogurt
ice
2 tsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp ginger shaved
How to make:
1. Put the oats and half a cup of water in a blender and wait until the water is absorbed into the oats about 15 minutes.
2. Add blueberries, yogurt, ice, sugar and ginger is shaved. Blend until smooth. Serve
Mango Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup ripe mango
1/2 cup low-fat milk

1/4 cup yogurt
1 tbsp honey
How to make:
1. Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
2. Serve
Cashew Banana Smoothie
Ingredients:
1/4 cup cashews
ice
1/2 banana
1 tbsp maple syrup
How to make:
1. Add water and cashews then put in the refrigerator for 6 hours to soften the texture of cashew.
2. Add ice, bananas and maple syrup then blend until smooth.
Carrot-Pineapple Smoothie
Ingredients:
3/4 cup pineapple sliced and cleaned
ice
1/3 cup orange juice / lemon juice
1/3 cup carrots that have been cut into pieces
1/2 banana
How to make:
1. Put all ingredients into a blender.
2. Blend until smooth and serve.
