Manado porridge


ingredients:

100 g rice, washed
600 ml of water
50 ml thick coconut milk
1 bay leaf
1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
1/2 tsp salt
1 piece of sweet corn, pipil
75 g pumpkin, cut into cubes
75 g sweet potato, diced
25 g spinach leaves
25 g spinach leaves
25 g leaves melinjo
3 sprigs basil, leaves take

Supplementary Material:
sambal Terasi
Shredded mackerel fish fry

How to make:

1. Boil water, rice, bay leaf, and lemongrass until soft.
2. Add coconut milk and salt, stir well, bring to a boil.
3. Enter the pumpkin and sweet potato, pumpkin and cook until cooked sweet potatoes.
4. Add pipil sweet corn, spinach leaves, kale leaves, and leaf melinjo.
5. Continue to cook until porridge thickens.
6. Add basil leaves, stir briefly.
7. Remove and serve with supplementary materials.
