Lapis Meat



ingredients:

500 g of meat has deep, wide thin slices
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
2 whole cloves
5 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
100 ml broth
1 tomato, cut into pieces
3 tablespoons margarine

Spices:

8 red onions
4 cloves of garlic
6 eggs hazelnut
2 large red chilies

2 tbsp fried shallots, for sprinkling
