ingredients:
100 g minced chicken
2 tablespoons flour
15 sheets of dumpling skin
20 g oyster mushrooms, soak water until fluffy, drained, cut into pieces
1 bunch kale, cut into pieces
1 liter chicken stock
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
oil for frying
How to make:
1. Dumplings: Mix chicken, wheat flour, salt, and pepper. Stir well. Take a teaspoon of dough, place it in the middle of a sheet of wonton skin. Bring all end up the skin and press the middle.
