Sweet & Sour Scallops






ingredients

500 gr shells

2 cloves garlic
1 cm ginger, crushed
3 tablespoons chili sauce
1 tsp salt
50 grams of brown sugar
1 tbsp lime juice
1/2 tsp pepper granules
2 cm galangal
2 bay leaves
1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
200 ml of water
1/2 tablespoon cornstarch that has been diluted with 1 tbsp water
How to Make:

Boil until half cooked shellfish.
Puree garlic and pepper.
