Sop Ceker Acid







ingredients

300 grams of chicken claw, crushed
1 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp salt
3 siuang garlic, sliced
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tsp sugar
1500 ml of water
50 grams oyster mushrooms, brewed, cut into pieces
2 tsp lime juice
75 grams glass noodles, brewed
How to Make:

Boil chicken claw over low heat until berkaldu. Measure the broth as much as 1200 ml of water.
Boil the broth back with claw. Add the garlic, soy sauce, salt, pepper and sugar. Cook until fragrant.
