ingredients

2 bay leaves
2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
250 ml of water
5 tablespoons fried onions

White pepper to taste

Spices:
5 grains of red onion
2 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon of beef stew meat
1 tablespoon + 2 teaspoons salt
3 teaspoons of brown sugar


How to cook

Roasted grated coconut until browned, set aside.
Eel fry until lightly browned, set aside.
