Caramel Ice Longan













ingredients


200 grams of fresh longan, peeled
300 ml of water
Material caramel:

100 grams of granulated sugar
50 ml of hot water
100 ml vanilla syrup

Supplementary materials:

1 can of soda fresh
300 grams of ice cubes

How to make:

Mix the hot water and sugar. Cook without stirring until a caramel. Turn off heat. Add vanilla syrup. Stir well.
