Bongko Bananas
ingredients
250 grams of rice flour
2 tablespoons flour
150 grams of sugar
½ teaspoon of salt
1 sheet of pandan leaves, cut into pieces
850 ml coconut milk
2 tablespoons Nestlé Dancow fullcream
8 plantains, peeled, cut into pieces
150 grams of coconut meat, rake smooth

How to prepare:
1. Mix the rice flour, starch, sugar and salt.
2. Dilute with 250 ml of coconut milk, stirring until smooth.
3. Boil remaining coconut milk with milk and pandan leaves until hot.
4. Pour the starch solution grab a quick stir until boiling and thickened. Lift.
5. Prepare a piece of banana leaf, put 1 tablespoon of dough,
add a few pieces of banana and coconut.
6. Wrap form tum. Steamed in a steamer heat until cooked.
7. Remove and let cool.
