Turmeric spice calamari Bakwan





ingredients


150 grams of squid, cut into thin round
3 tablespoons of plain flour
3 mangkokan leaves, thinly sliced
3/4 teaspoon salt

Spices:
4 grains of red onion
1 clove garlic
1/2 teaspoon coriander
2 pieces of red chilli
2 cm turmeric
  Oil for frying

How to prepare:

1. Toss squid with flour, mangkokan leaf, and salt.
2. Enter a subtle flavor.
3. Mix well, then spoon a little by little into the hot oil.
4. Fry until dry and overcooked.
