Pindang Meranjat













Ingredients

500 g Fish Catfish (It may be replaced with beef ribs)
1500 Ml Water
Stem leaves 3 onions cut into oblique korekapi
75 gr of diced pineapple basil leaves to taste
5 pieces chili intact
1 stalk lemongrass geprok
2 cm galangal crushed
1/2 tablespoon seasoning salt to taste refined sugar
7 pieces of red chilli
2 medium tomatoes
6 spring onions
4 cloves of garlic
1 tsp shrimp paste

Marinate fish with lemon juice for about 15 minutes
  Then boiled water, ground spices, cayenne pepper, pineapple if disposable, lemongrass and galangal until boiling.
Then enter the fish, salt, sugar, basil and chives
