Mango Sambal Fried Fish


Ingredients

Fish carp / tilapia / tilapia medium

1 cm turmeric
2 cloves of garlic
1/4 tsp coriander
1 tsp salt
oil for frying

Sambal Ingredients:

3 spring onions, roughly chopped
5 pieces of cayenne pepper, roughly chopped
100 grams of young mango shaved
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp vinegar cook
100 ml of water

How to Make:

1. Combine chopped onion, cayenne pepper, sugar, and vinegar into the water. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Enter young mango shaved and store in the refrigerator.
2. Puree turmeric, garlic, coriander and salt, then give a little water.
3. Apply seasoning on the fish body with a massage to allow the flavors to infuse. Let stand for 30 minutes.
4. Remove the mango sauce from refrigerator and let stand at room temperature.
5. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the fish until yellowish, discolored and mature. Whether or not dried fish can be adjusted to taste. In order for a whole fish cooked, use a low heat / medium for frying.
6. Remove the fish, drain and serve on a plate. Sprinkle fish with mango sauce and serve with warm rice. You can add chopped green onion and vegetables in addition to fresh vegetables garnish.
