Young Jackfruit Curry









ingredients


2 tablespoons cooking oil, for sauteing
1 liter of coconut milk from 1 coconut
500 ml thick coconut milk from 1 coconut
2 bay leaves
2 cm galangal
3 pieces of lime leaves
350 g young jackfruit, diced hard-boiled
8 bean stalk, cut into pieces
3 pieces of cabbage, shredded
2 tablespoons tamarind water



Spices that are:

6 pieces of red chili
8 grains of red onion
5 cloves of garlic
1 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tsp sugar



How to Make:

Heat oil, saute ground spices until fragrant. Insert bay leaves, galangal, and lime leaves.
Insert thin coconut milk, young jackfruit, green beans, cabbage, and coconut milk. Pour the tamarind water, cook briefly, remove from heat.
Serve warm.
