Tempe Dried Salted Nuts Teri
ingredients
500 grams of tempeh, cut into matchsticks
150 grams of peanuts, fried
100 grams of salted anchovies, fried
cooking oil to taste
3 large red chilies, remove the contents, sliced oblique
2 bay leaves
2 cm galangal, crushed
50 ml of water
Sliced 5 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons tamarind water
1 tsp salt
5 tablespoons fried onions
3 tablespoons garlic fries
How to Make:
Heat oil, fry tempeh until dry, remove from heat and set aside.
Heat the remaining 2 tablespoons oil to fry, saute red pepper until wilted, remove from heat.
Saute briefly leaves and galangal, enter the water, brown sugar, tamarind juice and salt. After boiling, put the fried tempeh, stir red pepper, fried onions, fried garlic, roasted peanuts, and salted anchovies, stir well, remove from heat.
