ingredients:
1 whole duck, siangi, wash
4 tbsp Cooking Oil
1 room galangal, finely grated
3 pieces Daun Salam
2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
1000 ml of water
6 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
Spices:
8 items Shallots
4 cloves Garlic
10 pieces of curly red chili
5 pieces of red chili
1 tsp White Pepper Powder round
3 cm Ginger
1 tablespoon toasted coriander
1/2 teaspoon toasted cumin
6 tablespoons Turmeric
1 teaspoon salt
How to Make:
Remove the head and claw duck. Cut the duck in a small size to 20 parts. Set aside
Heat oil, saute ground spices until fragrant. Add ginger, bay leaves, and lemongrass. Saute until the dried herbs.
Insert pieces of duck, duck stir until it changes color.
Pour the sugar water and soy sauce, and cook until flavors mingle and tender duck. Lift. Serve warm.
