Mushroom Chicken Sandwich









ingredients

15 slices of bread crusted
200 cc of warm milk
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg smooth
1/2 tsp pepper finely
- Salt to taste
- Flour taste panir

Layer Chicken:

250 grams of chicken meat, minced
150 g button mushrooms, thinly sliced
3 pcs red chilli, seeded and thinly sliced
1 pc onion, chopped
2 tbsp plain flour
125 cc of milk / broth
1/2 tsp curry fine
1/2 tsp pepper finely
1 tsp salt

How to Make:

1. Saute onion in 2 tablespoons margarine until translucent, put mushrooms and chicken, stirring until it changes color, pour the milk and other ingredients, except the flour. Once cooked, sprinkle the flour and stir well. Remove and set aside.

2. Combine warm milk, salt, pepper, and nutmeg, dip the bread piece by piece, set in a heat-resistant dish that has been spread with margarine. You can layer on top of chicken mixture. Do so until the dough runs out, and the top is a layer of bread. Sprinkle flour panir, give small grains of butter in some places. Bake until browned.
