ingredients
250 g chicken thigh fillets, cut into chunks
1 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
75 g cake flour
25 gr sago farm
Sauce Ingredients:
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 bw.bombay fruit, sliced length
2 pcs red chilli, seeded, sliced oblique
100 g pineapple, cut into chunks
50 g cucumber, halved, seeded, cut into oblique
6 tablespoons tomato sauce
1/2 tsp salt
2 1/2 tsp sugar
400 ml of water
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 stalk spring onion, cut into oblique
1 teaspoon cornstarch, mixed with 1 teaspoon of water to thicken
1 tbsp oil for sauteing
How to make:
1. Marinate the chicken with salt and pepper. Wrapped with a mixture of flour and sago farmer. dip into ice water. Roll again in the flour. Fry until dry and overcooked. Set aside.
2. Saute until fragrant bw.putih and bw.bombay. Add chili. Stir until wilted.
3. Enter the pineapple and cucumber. Saute until wilted.
4. Add tomato sauce, salt and sugar. Stir well. Pour the water. Bring to a boil. Enter the vinegar and scallions. Stir well.
5. Thicken with cornstarch solution. cook until thickened.
6. Serve chicken with sauce smothered.
