Grilled fish pacak



Ingredients:

750 grams snapper
1 teaspoon lemon juice
200 ml coconut milk from half coconut
SPICE (mashed):
8 pieces of red chili
8 red onions
3 cloves of garlic
3 cm turmeric
2 cm ginger
1 cm galangal
2 tomatoes
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar

HOW TO MAKE BAKED FISH PACAK:

1. Marinate the fish with lemon juice. Let stand 15 minutes. Mix the ground spices and coconut milk. Stir well.
2. Smear on fish. While smeared with spices grilled until cooked.

 for 5 servings,
