Goldfish Arsik




Ingredients:

1 kg carp, clean and dispose of gills, not discarded scales
25 stalks lemongrass, crushed
50 grams of onion Hobo (chives), clean
1 tablespoon tamarind water, dissolved in 250 ml water
3 cm galangal, crushed
1000 ml of water
Seasoning (crushed):
6 pieces of red chili (can be added if like spicy;
10 pieces of red onion
7 cloves of garlic
6 cm ginger
6 eggs hazelnut
1. teaspoon andaliman
10 cm turmeric
salt to taste

HOW TO MAKE A FISH Arsik MAS:

1. Marinate the fish with spices, lemon grass to partially fill the stomach of fish.
Leftover lemongrass is used as the base pan.
2. Place the fish on top of lemongrass and ginger, then pour the acid water, let the water then add meresep
water. Cover the pan and cook over medium heat / water dries up small.
