Fish kakap sous tomatoes



Ingredients:

300 grams snapper, sliced ​​1cm
1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
½ onion, cut into small squares
soy sauce
3 tablespoons tomato sauce
sugar to taste
salt to taste
½ teaspoon sesame oil
A little water / taste
Combine flour for frying fish:
3 tablespoons cornstarch
3 tablespoons flour

HOW TO MAKE A TOMATO SAUCE FISH KAKAP:

1. Marinate the fish with 
2 tablespoons soy sauce,
1 tablespoon cornstarch, salt.
 Let stand for 15 minutes.
2. Then coat fish with flour mixture, and fry fish until golden. Set aside.
3. Leave 2 tablespoons of used oil to fry fish, put onions and peppers
stir until fragrant.
4. Enter the fish stir and add the soy sauce, tomato sauce, a little water, sugar soy sauce, 
2 tablespoons sesame oil, stir well.
5. Ready to be served.
