ingredients


2 tbsp oil to spread
500 g glutinous rice, soak for 2 hours, drained
700 g coconut milk from 1 coconut grated
200 g brown sugar, fine comb
100 g sugar
4 pandan leaves

How to make:

Prepare a square baking pan size 20 x 20 x 3 cm. Cover the bottom with banana leaves. Brush the surface with oil. Set aside.
Steamed glutinous rice in a saucepan heat for 20 minutes until half a ripe. Lift.
Boil coconut milk, brown sugar, granulated sugar and stir until sugar dissolves. Lift. Filter. Cook over medium heat again. Enter pandan leaves, simmer until thick and oily.
Enter the glutinous rice and stir until the liquid is reduced and mature. Lift.
Pour the sticky rice in a baking dish, smooth. Chill. Cut into pieces. Serve.
