ingredients
100 g plain flour, sifted
1 egg
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
250 ml of water
300 g ripe jackfruit, seeded, diced 2 cm
1/2 ripe pineapple, cleaned, cut into triangles length of 5 cm
Oil for frying
Topping, mix together:
50 g of powdered sugar
1 tsp cocoa powder
Complement:
Bandrek ready to drink
How to make:
Mix the flour, eggs, salt, sugar, and water. Stir until blended. Divide the dough into two parts.
Enter the jackfruit and pineapple into each dough, mix well.
Fry in hot oil until golden lots and browned, remove from heat. Drain.
Sprinkle the topping ingredients, serve with bandrek.
