Green Duck Chili




ingredients

1 whole (800 g) duck, washed, cut into 6 sections
Cook 2 tablespoons vinegar
1 tsp salt
3 tablespoons oil for sauteing
4 pieces of turmeric leaves, conclude
2 bay leaves
10 kaffir lime leaves, sliced
2 stalks lemongrass, take the white part, crushed
4 cm galangal, crushed
1 L of water

Spices:

400 g green chilli curls
12 grains of red onion, peeled
8 cloves garlic, peeled
6 items pecan fried
4 cm ginger
2 cm turmeric fuel
1 tsp pepper granules
2 tsp coriander grain, toasted
2 tsp salt

How to make:

Marinate the duck pieces cooked with vinegar and salt until blended. Let stand for 1 hour, set aside.
Heat oil, saute ground spices until fragrant. Enter the duck, turmeric leaves, bay leaves, lime leaves, lemongrass, and ginger and stir well.
Cover the pan, and cook until half-cooked duck, stirring occasionally.
Reduce the heat, pour the water, and cook until soft and oily duck, lift.
Serve. If the water is low, and the ducks have soft, add water back. Cook until duck was really tender and flavors mingle.
