Sauteed tofu chives



ingredients:

2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
500 g out, cut into pieces, fry until the skin
2 bunches of chives, cut into 1/2 cm
100 ml broth
1 tsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp sugar
oil for sauteing

How to make:

1. Heat oil and saute garlic fragrant.
2. Add soy sauce, pour the broth, bring to a boil.
3. Insert know, chives, pepper, and sugar.
4. Cook until the spices to infuse.
5. Remove and serve.
