ingredients
200 g shelled sweet corn, chopped finely
50 g shrimp, peeled, finely chopped
50 g oyster mushrooms, roughly chopped
150 g flour versatile
1 stalk scallion, thinly sliced
2 eggs, beaten off
Seasonings, puree:
5 grains of red onion
3 cloves of garlic
1 tsp salt
½ tsp white pepper powder
¼ tsp sugar
coatings:
75 g flour versatile
3 eggs, beaten off
100 g fine bread crumbs
Vegetable oil, for frying
How to Make:
Mix all ingredients, except the coating, in a bowl until blended.
Take 1 tablespoon of dough, round. Repeat until dough runs out. Wrapped with flour. Dip in egg, then roll into bread crumbs and set aside.
Heat cooking oil in a skillet, fry until cooked.
Serve warm.
