2 tsp salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 egg, beaten off
10 grains of red onion, finely chopped
3 tablespoons chopped celery
325 ml coconut milk from half coconut
Sift:
500 g of wheat flour
200 g of corn starch
How to make:
Stir the flour mixture, salt, pepper, and egg. Add chopped onion and celery, stir again until blended.
Pour the coconut milk, stirring until blended and the dough can be formed.
Milled thin dough to 1/2 cm, cut shaped diamond size 3 x 5 cm.
Fry in hot oil until cooked lots and yellow and brown. Remove and drain.
