250 g potatoes, peeled, thinly sliced​​, fried until dry
Sauce, mashed together:
200 g potatoes, steamed, peeled, mashed
3 boiled chicken egg yolk
1 ½ tbsp sugar
4 tbsp fried shallots, mashed
75 g unsalted butter, melted
100 ml hot water
Cook 2 tablespoons vinegar
½ tsp salt
½ teaspoon pepper

Topping:

How to Make:
Arrange cucumber, lettuce, egg white chunks, tomato and potato chips in a serving bowl. Water the sauce and stir well.
