Crab Hong Kong Spicy Sauce

Ingredients

2 crabs
1 onion, finely chopped
2 pieces of red chilli, thinly sliced
2 green chilies, thinly sliced
2 tbsp tomato sauce
4 tablespoons chili sauce
200 ml of water
1 egg yolk
salt to taste
sugar to taste

How to Make:

Fried crab until half cooked, remove and set aside.
Saute onion, red pepper and green chillies until fragrant and wilted.
Enter the crabs, water and egg, stirring until blended and eggs to form fibers.
Add tomato sauce, chili sauce, sugar and salt. Stir until water is absent, flavors mingle and mature crabs.
Remove and serve while warm.
