Chicken Grilled Padang
ingredients
1 whole chicken cut villagers four parts
1 stick of cinnamon
3 seeds Cloves
5 pieces of orange leaves
1/2 pieces of turmeric leaves
2 stalks Lemongrass
3 tablespoons cooking oil
500 ml coconut milk was thickened
100 ml thick coconut milk
Spices that are:
4 pieces of red chilli
3 cloves garlic
4 pieces of red onion
1/2 tbsp Coriander
1/2 tsp Fennel
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 cm ginger
1/2 cm galangal
3 cm Turmeric
3 seeds Pecan
How to make:
Saute the spices are mashed with oil along with cinnamon, cloves, lime leaves, turmeric leaves and lemongrass until fragrant leaves and mature.
Add chicken, stir-fried chicken with seasoning until half cooked.
Add thin coconut milk, reduce heat, and cook until sauce is low.
Add coconut milk cook again until the sauce begins to dry, remove to cool.
Once cool coat the entire surface of the chicken with the remaining sauce with dried and then roasted until slightly yellowish.
Serve.
