Lontong Curry Tafu







ingredients

4 pieces of rice cake
8 pieces out pong / 2 the tofu, diced

3 cm ginger, crushed

3 cloves of garlic
6 cm turmeric, roasted
1 tablespoon coriander, toasted
1 tsp cumin
2 cardamom seeds
2 anise seeds, toasted
1/2 tsp pepper granules
1 tsp fine salt

Complement:

Fried onion and fried chips

How to Make:

1. Heat oil, saute all the spices, bay leaves, lime leaves, lemongrass, kecombrang, and ginger and cook until fragrant.

2. Enter the coconut milk, add beans, cook briefly, remove from heat. Enter the idea that has been fried.
