ingredients

Urap Central Javanese vegetable packing with coconut sambal ointment.

8 pieces (100 g) green beans, finely sliced
2 pieces (150 g) cucumber, cut lengthwise, dredge seeded, diced ½ cm

Coconut Sambal ointment:

½ half old coconuts (coconut ointment), peeled, grated lengthwise

3 tablespoons oil, for sauteing
8 pieces of red chili

2 cloves garlic
½ tsp roasted shrimp paste
Complement:
1 orange juice, take the water
50 g basil leaves, leaves petiki

How to Make:

Coconut Sambal ointment: Mix the grated coconut, lime leaves, kencur, sugar, salt, and red seasoning and stir well. Roast on low heat until cooked and oil out, remove from heat. Set aside.
Mixed vegetables and fried anchovies, sambal ointment with coconut and stir well.
