1 tablespoon margarine
2 cloves garlic, crushed
½ onion, finely chopped
1 stalk spring onion, thinly sliced
1 stick of celery
300 grams of beef, diced
700 ml of water
1 teaspoon black pepper, crushed coarse
30 g Nestlé Dancow fullcream
2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
2 tablespoons chili sauce
3 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 potatoes, diced
Sugar and salt to taste
How to prepare:
1. Heat the margarine and saute garlic and onion until fragrant, put green onion, celery and beef and stir well.
2. Pour the water and enter the black pepper, Dancow full cream, tomato sauce, chili sauce, oyster sauce, salt and sugar, stir well and cook until the meat is tender.
3. Enter the potatoes and cook until all cooked, remove from heat and serve.
