Chicken rice cake




ingredients

300 grams of rice
700 ml of water
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
6 grains of red onion, thinly sliced
  Banana leaves for wrapping
  Cooking oil to taste

Material content:
200 grams of minced chicken
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
1 stalk spring onion, finely sliced
2 trees basil, siangi

How to prepare:

Creating content:
1. Saute garlic until wilted.
2. Add the chicken.
3. Stir until the color changes.
4. Season denagn salt, pepper, scallions, and basil leaves.
5. Stir until cooked.

Making rice cake:
1. Saute onion using about 4 tablespoons of cooking oil, until fragrant.
2. Boil the water to boiling.
3. Enter the rice into the boiling water, stirring until absorbed.
4. Add onion and saute 2 tablespoons of cooking oil, stir well.
5. Spoon aron on banana leaves and add content.
6. Roll then hook both ends.
7. Steam for 25 minutes, until cooked.
