martabak Tofu





ingredients

Material dough skin:
2 eggs
50 grams of wheat flour
1/3 teaspoon pepper powder
500 cc of water
1 tablespoon vegetable oil or melted butter
  salt to taste

2 pieces of tofu, roughly chopped
250 grams of ground beef
3 scallions, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons cooking oil for sauteing

4 cloves garlic, mashed
4 red onions, mashed
4 green chilies, finely sliced
