Young Coconut Chicken Wings




ingredients

2 tablespoons cooking oil
4 cloves garlic, peeled and roughly chopped
2 pieces (150g) onions, peeled, halved and thinly sliced
2 cm ginger, crushed
3 cm turmeric, crushed
3 pieces of lime leaves
8 pieces (800g) chicken wings, washed, cut into 2 parts
4 tablespoons soy sauce Black Gold
½ tsp salt
½ tbsp white pepper powder
750 ml of water
10 pieces of red chili, remove the stems
10 pieces of green chillies, discard the stems
6 green tomatoes, halved
100 g young coconut meat, thinly sliced

How to Make:

Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat, saute garlic, onions, ginger, turmeric, and lime leaves until fragrant. Lower the heat.
Enter the chicken wings and stir well. Cook until chicken wings change color. Add soy sauce Black Gold, salt, white pepper powder, and water and stir well. Cook until boiling then reduce the heat and cook until chicken is cooked through (± 30 minutes).
Add the remaining ingredients and stir well. Cook until sauce shrink, lift.
