Rice Lemang








Ingredients:


400 gr glutinous rice (soaked overnight)
200 g of rice
400 ml coconut milk
1 pandan leaves lbr
1 pcs lemon grass, geprek
3 lbr lime leaves
Spices:
2 cm ginger
6 shallots btr
1 tsp salt
½ tsp sugar

How to cook:
Steamed glutinous rice and rice for 10 minutes. Meanwhile boiled milk, spices, pandan leaves, lemongrass, and lime leaves, stirring until boiling. Pour the coconut milk into the rice mixture. Stir well and then steamed until cooked.
Take a leaf. Put aronan earlier. Roll while compacted. Enter in bamboo has diraut until its thickness is quite thin. Grilled over coals until done. How to put a slight angle and established bamboo coals underneath. As shown in the following figure.
