Abon Fish








Ingredients:


Fresh tuna fillet, 1 kg
Serai, 2 sticks, crushed
Ginger, 1 cm, crushed
Coconut milk, 150 ml of 1/2 coconut
Cooking oil, 300 ml
Spices:
Shallots, 6 points
Garlic, 3 cloves
Turmeric, 2 cm
Coriander, 1 teaspoon
Lime leaves, 1 sheet
Salt, to taste

How to make Abon Fish:
Tuna fish steamed until tender but not destroyed, remove from heat.
Grated or shredded-shredded fish and set aside.
Heat 2 tbsp oil, saute ground spices, lemon grass and ginger until fragrant.
Enter the fish and coconut milk and stir well. Cook over low heat, stirring until dry.
Heat oil and fry the fish batter to dry. Remove and drain.
Pres or squeeze until the oil leak. Serve.
