Pecel Catfish

Pecel catfish (or Pecek catfish) in Indonesia is the name of a food made from catfish. Usually the question is dried catfish fried in oil and then served with sambal vegetables. Ordinary vegetables consists of basil, cabbage, cucumbers, beans and chili.
