Ginger chicken














ingredients

Almost like a curry flavor with the aroma of ginger are dominant. If you do not like baking, use a method of cooking curry or curry.


800 g chicken upper thighs, wash, coat with lemon juice until blended, divided into two parts
6 cm ginger, peeled and finely chopped
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 tablespoon chili powder
25 g coriander leaves, finely chopped
4 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons cooking oil
100 g onions, finely chopped
1 tbsp turmeric powder
200 soy milk, ready-made
200 ml coconut milk from ½ coconut grated
3 pieces of red chili, sliced

How to Make:

Marinate chicken with ginger, garlic, chili powder, half the cilantro, lime juice, and oil. Store in a refrigerator (± 30 minutes). Set aside.
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Saute onion until fragrant and wilted. Add turmeric powder and stir well. Pour the soy milk and coconut milk and stir well. Add chicken, and cook until boiling, continue to cook gently for 5-10 minutes. Turn off heat.
Prepare a square plate heat resistant, stacking chicken and red chili on it.
Bake in hot oven temperature of 200 ยบ C for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked. Remove from oven, sprinkle with the remaining cilantro. Serve.
