ingredients:
300 g fruit siwalan / palm, cut lengthwise
100 ml coco pandan syrup
2 pieces of coconut kopyor, take the meat
100 g red pearl sago ready * Shaved Ice
How to Make:
Prepare 6 serving glasses. Pour 2 tablespoons of fruit pieces siwalan / ejection into each glass. Then, add 2 tablespoons of sago pearls, 3 tbsp coconut meat kopyor.
Add shaved ice until the glass is full. Sprinkle 1 ½ tablespoons of coco pandan syrup over shaved ice. Stir when they want to eat.
*) Lots are sold at supermarkets in dried form in plastic packaging. If you want to make your own, use a small diced yam and red colored. Roll over sago flour and boiled in boiling water until they float, drain.
