ingredients
1 medium avocado
5 teaspoons sugar
1 tablespoon of ice cream
1 tablespoon chocolate syrup from Nestle or other brands
(can be purchased at Grocery in plastic bottles)
3 pieces of ice cubes
little water
How to make:
Halve the avocado, then dredge with a spoon, put
in glasses.
Puree avocado by mashing with a spoon
After a fairly smooth (optional) Mix sugar, ice
cream and
chocolate syrup.
Stir until well blended, then add ice cubes and a little water.
Stir until well blended and ready to serve
