Cook the squid Spicy Basil

Ingredients

500 grams of medium sized squid
100 grams of basil leaves
1 tbsp lemon juice
100 ml of water
salt to taste
sugar to taste
Cooking oil to taste

Spices that are:

8 red onions
4 cloves of garlic
3 pieces of red chilli
5 pieces of cayenne pepper (can be adjusted to taste)
3 grains of toasted pecans
1 cm ginger
1 tsp sour
1/2 tsp shrimp paste

How to Make:

Remove the head of the squid, ink wash and exhaust center. Remove the squid skin, iris-shaped ring. Marinate with lemon juice, let stand for 10 minutes. Rinse again.
