Tofu Tempe Bacem













ingredients


300 grams of tempeh
10 small pieces of tofu
500 ml of water or coconut water
100 grams of spice white base, see here
3 bay leaves
2 pieces of ginger, crushed
2 tablespoons brown sugar comb
1 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
50 ml cooking oil

Supplemental material
cayenne pepper

How to Make:
Cut the tempeh as great as know
Cook tempeh with water / coconut water, bay leaves, ginger, brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Cook until dry. Add cooking oil and fry immediately until browned, remove from heat.
Serve warm with chili sauce.
