ingredients


10 lenjar long beans, cut into pieces
1 chayote fruit, boiled mature
1 bunch spinach, siangi
50 grams of bean sprouts, brewed hot water, drained
100 grams of jackfruit, cut into wedges
100 grams tempeh, fried
2 bean curd size, fried

Fine seasoning:
250 grams of peanuts, fried, mashed
3 large red chilli, boiled
5 pieces of red chili, stew
3 cm kencur
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp brown sugar comb
2 tbsp tamarind juice
100 ml warm water

distribution:
Fried onions and red or crackers prawn crackers

Fine seasoning:
Vegetable stew dressed until cooked, drain.
Seasoning / sauce: fried peanuts until light brown. Crush the red chili, chili sauce, kencur, salt and brown sugar, add the crushed nuts, mix well. Pour in tamarind juice and water, mix well, add a slice of boiled jackfruit and stir well.
Serving: mixed vegetables with spices, tempeh, and fried tofu and stir well. Tata in the dish, sprinkle with fried onions and red crackers or prawn crackers. Serve immediately.
