Food Betawi almost difficult to find nowadays. Its flavor is slightly shifted too many, because of the mix of cultures.
However, you need not worry anymore. You can still taste the typical Betawi recipe even from your own kitchen.
Recipes will be delivered the following are typical Betawi curry recipe. Usually Betawi contains vegetable curry or ribs, but this time it will be replaced with chicken.

Accompanied with hot rice and sprinkled with fried onions and crackers. Very tempting, and it is rather different from the usual chicken curry.
