Cake bowsprit




ngredients

600 gr Rice Flour
60 g Wheat Flour
800ml water
300 gr red sugar
200 g sugar
500 ml Cooking Oil

How to cook:
-
  Add water, brown sugar and sugar and bring to a boil, then strain.
- Pour water into the filter TSB rice flour and wheat flour while diuleni for 15 minutes.
- Shake-shake with a ladle for 20 minutes.
- Allow the dough for 2 hours.
- Heat oil in a small skillet and pour a ladle of the batter.
- When frying, flush-pour oil on the bowsprit and skewer the center with a skewer to dry.
Lift and drain.
