Lodeh Tofu Vegetable Chili





ingredients

3 bay leaves
1.2 L coconut milk from 1 coconut
150 g green beans, sliced ​​3 cm
20 small pieces of fried tofu, ready to buy

6 pieces of curly red chili, sliced ​​lengthwise oblique
6 pieces of green chilli curls, oblique slices lengthwise
3 tablespoons rebon, wash
Seasonings, puree:
8 grains of red onion
3 cloves of garlic
½ tbsp coriander
1 tsp salt

How to Make:

Heat oil and saute spices, galangal, and bay leaves until fragrant.
Reduce the heat, pour the coconut milk. Stir until boiling.
