Bala-Bala Chicken




ingredients

300 g chicken breast fillet
½ tsp salt
200 g of wheat flour
100 g rice flour
300 ml of water
200 g spinach leaves, sliced
1 leeks, white part, thinly sliced
1 tsp white pepper powder
1 ½ tsp salt
Oil for frying
Seasonings, puree:
7 grains of red onion
5 cloves of garlic
4 items hazelnut

How to Make:

Boil the chicken with a little salt until cooked. Remove and drain.
Shredded-shredded chicken. Set aside.
Mix the flour, rice flour, and spices. Pour the water and stir well.
Enter shredded chicken, spinach leaves, and scallions. Stamp pepper and salt. Stir well.
Heat the oil a lot, put dough plagues 1 tbsp (preferably with molds that form neat rounded shape).
Fry until cooked and dry. Remove and drain.
Serve hot with chilli sauce bottles.
