ingredients

500 grams of beef jerky
4 bay leaves
1 teaspoon salt

Materials seasoning (crushed / mashed roughly):
10 pieces of large red chilli, deseeded
8 grains of red onion
4 cloves garlic

How to prepare:

1. Jerky Soak in cold water until soft.
2. Remove and drain.
3. Diced 4 x 4 cm.
4. Fry quickly in hot oil jerky and more.
5. Remove and drain.
6. Saute the spices until fragrant.
7. Enter jerky. Stir briefly. Lift.
8. Serve with warm rice.
